Adobe Gila’s Margarita Fajita Cantina is the home of the famous sizzling fajita, offering a variety of delicious Mexican and American appetizers, entrees and sandwiches. Guests will enjoy live entertainment seven nights-a-week. There is a cover charge of $5 on Friday & Saturday nights. Also on special event occasions such as New Year's Eve. Adobe also has a dress code in effect that you can find on their website. The fully stocked bar offers more than 75 tequilas, 30 drafts beers, the ever popular “fishbowl” drink and 64 oz. ‘Mug O Rita’.
