Celebrate community and the end-of-summer just a hop, skip and a jump from the Windy City with 20 fabulous food trucks (both local and some of Chicago’s Best!) paired with the finest brews from Illinois Made Maker, BrickStone Brewery.
Celebrate community and the end-of-summer just a hop, skip and a jump from the Windy City with 20 fabulous food trucks (both local and some of Chicago’s Best!) paired with the finest brews from Bourbonnais-native and Illinois Made Maker, BrickStone Brewery, while listening to live music all day and concluding with recognized headline talent (to be announced). Free parking, free admission and a Kid Zone full of free activities for the whole family make this popular event an outstanding way to play all day (or night) in Bourbonnais.
Food Truck Fest will also satisfy appetites as the Grand Opening for Bourbonnais’ new Community Campus - a 12.5-acre outdoor, state-of-the-art regional entertainment venue featuring a two-sided performance pavilion overlooking a 4,000+ person village green event lawn plus a 12-foot viewing hill. Enjoy additional on-site amenities such as a 100-person splash pad with family-changing facilities and showers, a covered picnic pavilion, shaded café area, Festival Street food truck alley & picturesque pedestrian walkway, ADA and sensory-friendly playground, a Children’s Safety Center, an Event & Skate Plaza and relax following all the fun at any of the six firepit areas. Did we mention a mobile (synthetic) ice rink? Skate the day away no matter the temperature with our all-weather ice rink. We think it’s pretty cool.
