Selfie museums are a type of art museum, created for visitors to take selfies with quirky settings and optical illusions, things that you couldn't find anywhere else. Some are pop-ups, and others have a permanent residency, like Galesburg's. The Galesburg Selfie Museum is the first of its kind in the community. and it doubles as an event venue and now features an authentic African food café. It's more than just a backdrop for a photo, it's an experience.
