Enjoy the practice of yoga but with the joy of goats! These galloping friends make delightful exercise companions. Private and group classes are available at Reverse the Kerrs farm in Elgin or in the Arboretum of South Barrington.
We offer yoga, goat yoga, and meditations classes. Our classes are based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated and should be experienced together.
