Restaurants
Rip’s Brick Oven Pizzeria is an owner-operated restaurant specializing in Neapolitan-style pizza, rotisserie chicken, salads, and more.
We take pride in using organic, stone-milled flour, sourced locally and freshly milled each month to ensure peak flavor and quality. We keep a month's worth of flour on hand for consistency. All of our dough is hand-mixed and shaped, with extended fermentation times to develop a rich aroma. In celebration of our one-year anniversary (April 2025), we began serving our house-made beers, including a Pilsner-style lager and an amber lager. At Rip's, we focus on making dishes from scratch using high-quality, whole ingredients to deliver food with integrity. As a family-run business, Rip and Lucas work side by side to keep things fast, friendly, and full of flavor. We’re here to fire up something delicious for you!
