Situated in the upper 2 floors of the J. G. Schmohl building (the big white building in the center of downtown) From 1895 to 1932, Mr. Schmohl ran the Grant Hotel in this building. This well-deserved building has been lovingly renovated with a nod to the Grant Hotel from the turn of the century. There are 3 two bedroom/2 bath suites, 2 one bedroom/1 bath suites, and 2 studios.
