Here's your chance to have a glass of wine or party in a newly restored historic castle. Bishop's Hill is a newly-opened fully functioning winery that's a stone's throw away from Downtown Joliet.
The winery imports grapes directly from California, and use their years of wine making experience to produce the best wine possible. They are currently developing their processing tunnel using an unearthed tunnel below the castle that will keep their wines at a consistent 57 degree temperature.
Business events, corporate events, weddings, private parties and more can be held as Bishop's Hill, providing a memorable venue for your memorable event.
